Hi! My name is Hannah Portman and I'm a Junior student journalist at Boston University. I have a passion for storytelling and illuminating voices, especially when it comes to the intersection of culture and community. I'm always looking to highlight new voices and connect storytelling with the world around me. 

I currently work as a features writer for The Daily Free Press, BU's independent student newspaper, and as a crew member for Good Morning BU, the weekly student morning show.  

When I'm not writing you can find me traveling, discovering new food spots or curled up on the couch with a book.
